Add a generous splash of vegetable oil.
Pan fry the battered chicken pieces.
Cook both sides of the chicken pieces, till they become golden brown.

Return the pan to medium heat.
Add a splash of sesame oil.
Add 1 clove of minced garlic.

Garlic Spinach:  Heat a saute pan over medium heat.
Add a small splash of vegetable oil.
Add a tiny splash of sesame oil.
Add 2 cloves of minced garlic.
When the garlic turns a golden color, add a generous handful of fresh baby spinach leaves.
Add sea salt and white pepper.
Stir till the spinach is lightly wilted.
Remove the spinach from the pan and set it aside.
Assembly:  Place a small portion of plain boiled or steamed white rice into a ring mold on the center of a plate.
Make a ring of the wilted spinach around the rice.
Canter and lean the chicken pieces against the rice's edge and the spinach.
Spoon a little of the sesame honey sauce on the chicken pieces.
Sprinkle some thin sliced green onions over the center of the rice.
This is truly a delicious recipe!  The flavors go well together.  The sweet honey sesame chicken flavor and garlic spinach are so yummy!  This is a very nice light dinner course.  Tasty and healthy!  ...  Shawna
